Logistics Manager - FMCG

Our client, a Japanese importer of foodstuffs, supplies a wide range of products to retailers and restaurants across Singapore. They are currently looking for a Logistics Manager.

• Oversees strategic planning, budget management, and team supervision
• Overseeing receiving, warehousing and distribution operations
• Operations Management: Plan, manage, and evaluate daily logistics operations, including inbound/outbound transportation and fleet management
• Cost Control & Strategy: Negotiate rates with carriers and providers to minimize transportation costs and improve financial performance
• Inventory & Warehouse Control: Coordinate with warehouse teams to manage stock levels, warehouse layout, and inventory accuracy to optimize fulfillment
• Performance Metrics (KPIs): Monitor key metrics such as On‑Time In‑Full (OTIF)
