Logistics Operations Executive

Key Responsibilities Manage the operations of the warehouse Monitor and maintain accurate inventory records across systems and physical stock Ensure timely updating of inventory movements including receipts, issues, transfers, and adjustments Conduct regular stock counts, cycle counts, and assist with physical inventory audits Identify and investigate inventory variances, shortages, or excess stock and report findings Coordinate with warehouse and logistics teams to ensure proper storage and handling of materials Support procurement and planning teams by providing inventory status Ensure compliance with company policies, internal controls, and audit requirements Required Skills & Qualifications Diploma in Related fields Minimum 5 years of related experience Strong knowledge of inventory control practices and stock management Proficiency in MS Excel and ERP/EWM systems (SAP) Attention to detail with strong documentation skills Ability to coordinate with cross-functional teams
