Logistics Operations Support Intern (Dubai)

Job Overview

We are looking for a proactive intern to join our logistics team in Dubai. You will provide end-to-end administrative & operational support for daily logistics business, assist in documentation, cross-team communication and special project delivery.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist with daily business data sorting, organize Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and business process documents.
• Coordinate communication between internal departments and external partners, follow up, collect feedback and resolve operational issues in a timely manner.
• Offer full support for special projects and ad-hoc assignments as assigned.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or above, graduating in 2027, all majors are welcome.
• Fluent in both Chinese and English with professional working proficiency in both languages.
