We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Transport Coordinator to join our team. In this night shift role, you will oversee the efficient movement of staff and ensure seamless coordination between various stakeholders. You will play a critical role in creating and managing waybills, scheduling, and tracking while ensuring compliance with company and industry standards. Qualifications Proven experience in waybill creation and transport coordination, preferably in a night shift role. Proficiency with the specific geo and area (logistical landscape). Familiarity with transportation management systems (TMS) is advantageous. Exceptional organizational and multitasking skills. Strong written and verbal communication abilities. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook). Ability to remain calm and composed in high-pressure situations.
