Logistics Specialist

Job Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Logistics Specialist to manage end-to-end import and export operations. The ideal candidate will ensure smooth shipment processes, compliance with regulatory requirements, and cost-efficient logistics planning while maintaining strong coordination with internal and external stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

1. Prepare all the necessary documents required for smooth transit of the products from the origin to desired destination.

2. Review and prepare the L/C, prepare docs under LC terms.

3. Monitor the end-to-end procedure in export/import i.e., from paper removal to handover of Shipment to import i.e., from receiving instruction to receiving goods to our warehouse or the given destination and ensure compliance with company and legal requirement.

4. Follow up for Exit Documents and timely submission to the customs authority.
