To help us maintain our high standards of service we are seeking an experienced and accomplished Logistics Supervisor to drive both innovation and execution in our busy Transportation network.

Responsibilities

• Support the overall daily management of operational duties and deputize for the Operations Manager as needed.
• Prioritize and continuously improve safety at the delivery station while supervising logistics assistants, coordinators, and delivery associates to ensure every shipment meets and exceeds the set operational KPIs.
• Monitor coordinator and associate performance, coach when needed, partner with supporting departments to improve logistics processes, and communicate with delivery service providers to raise quality expectations.
