Key Responsibilities:

Team Management & Oversight: Lead and manage a team handling contractor audits, claims adjustments, authorisations over mandate, customer complaints, and valuation at risk. Guide desktop, field, and project management adjustors on technical claim matters and rate evaluations.

Claim & Risk Management:

Provide technical guidance to internal claims, underwriting, and complaints teams. Minimise claim losses and ensure compliance with auditing standards and fraud detection protocols. Work closely with Group Forensics to detect and mitigate fraud.

Vendor & Relationship Management:
