If so, we have an exciting opportunity for you to join our team, as a full time Loss Prevention Specialist, supporting across our Henderson and Auckland Central stores, from Tuesday to Saturday. 


You will play a vital role in creating a safe shopping experience for our customers and team. You must be someone that is reliable, communicates efficiently and effectively and can quickly build trust.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver exceptional customer service

  • Drive the store stockloss reduction programme

  • Investigate stock discrepancies and identify loss patterns

  • Maintain effective processes to prevent/deter theft and fraud
