Loss Prevention Specialist, Security & Loss Prevention

Completed Bachelor’s degree (preferably in Business, Engineering, Logistics, or an equivalent field) - Experience in Security and Loss Prevention within supply chain, industrial environments, or express distribution and courier services - Educational background in Loss Prevention, Security Management, Administration of Justice, or related fields; equivalent practical experience also considered - Experience in conducting root cause analysis and prioritizing key factors - Intermediate English and fluent Portuguese (both verbal and written communication) - Availability to travel up to 50% of the time, or as required by business needs within Brazil
- CPP, PSP, or TAPA training is preferred and considered a strong asset
- Experience in interviewing and interrogation is desirable; Wicklander-Zulawski certification is a plus
