:Parsons is looking for an amazingly talented Electrical Engineer to join our team! In this role you will get to oversee the production of design deliverables for exciting and complex engineering projects.
What You'll Be Doing:
Function as discipline lead engineer on medium to large projects, assuming responsibility for the work of the group.
Plan, direct, and supervise the work of a major engineering project requiring a large-scale expenditure of manpower and financial investment.
Leads other Engineers and design personnel in technical excellence and growth in the Quality Improvement Process.
Mentors junior engineers and designers.
Provides technical consultations for interdisciplinary analytical studies and analyses.
