Job Description
We are seeking a skilled and dependable Low Voltage Technician to install, maintain, and repair low voltage systems such as security, networking, fire alarms, access control, CCTV, intercoms, and audio/visual systems. The ideal candidate will have hands‑on experience with cabling, testing, and troubleshooting, along with a strong commitment to safety and quality.
Key Responsibilities:
- Install, terminate, and test low voltage cabling (Cat5e, Cat6, fiber optic, coax, etc.).
- Set up and maintain low voltage systems including:
- Security and surveillance systems (CCTV)
- Access control and alarm systems
- Data/voice networking and structured cabling
- Audio/video systems and intercoms
- Read and interpret blueprints, wiring diagrams, and technical schematics.
- Troubleshoot and repair systems and components with minimal supervision.
