Your responsibilities will include:

• Build the operational risk framework for the loyalty program
• Design and implement preventive and detective fraud controls
• Manage and track fraud incidents through resolution
• Serve as the liaison with the Second and Third Lines of Defense
• Translate operational risks into business decisions with documented trade-offs
• Operate and continuously improve the program's GRC tools
