- managing daily care of residents in skilled nursing/personal care
- ensuring delivery of quality services and programs, to meet resident expectations
- effectively communicating with families, medical personnel and other team members as needed
- ensuring required paperwork, records, MDS and reports are accurate and timely
- following procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory, safety, HIPPA and infection control requirements. <...
