Job Description
Phaxis is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to provide exceptional Home Health care services to our clients in the Louisville area.
Location: Louisville. KY
Days: Monday-Friday, 8 am to 5 pm
- One Saturday per month on call requirement
LPN KY or Compact Nursing License Required.
*Mileage Reimbursement: 0.43 Cents/Mile
