LPN - LVN - Private Duty Nursing

Hourly Pay: $25 - $30 / Hour

Maxim Healthcare in (Insert location) is hiring for a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to work with Pediatric and/or Adult patients in their own homes.

G-tube, tracheostomy and ventilator experience preferred, select training offered

Responsibilities:

• Utilize the nursing process to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care.
• On each assignment, provides skilled nursing care/services in accordance with prescribed orders
• Assess signs and symptoms indicating physiologic and psychosocial changes in the patient's condition.
