The unique responsibilities for this role include but are not limited to the essential functions listed as follows: Medication Administration • Provide the highest degree of quality care and services by administering medication and treatments in a safe organized manner. • Review, read, notate, and initial the electronic health record to document and learn about pertinent information about residents. • Receive medication updates from Resident Care Director (RCD) or Wellness Nurse. • Administer, assist with, and observe medications and treatments for each resident using the medication administration record and the Six Rights of Medication Pass (Right resident, medication, dosage, time, route, right to refuse). • Ensure that medications are passed according to times utilizing a mobile med...
