Purpose
The Wellness Nurse/Nurse Med Tech is responsible for monitoring the health and wellbeing of residents, providing leadership support, and assisting with resident care and services while maintaining clinical quality assurance. The role demonstrates and supports all core components of wellness within Phoenix programs and services.
