Job Description

            Starting Rate: $27.25 - $31.75 - Based on Experience  Shift Differential and Weekend Differential available!!!! 
Sign-On BONUS - Earn up to $5,000 
DESCRIPTION:   
Manages a designated group of nursing employees on a nursing unit and delegates/supervises resident care.  
Administers medications/treatments on the assigned unit  
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:   Works closely with the Nurse Manager/Nursing Supervisor in all aspects of resident care to ensure continuity of resident care.  
Administer medications and treatments in accordance with physician orders and facility protocols  
Monitor and document residents' health status, reporting changes to the RN or attending physician promptly  
Perform skilled nursing tasks including wound care, catheter care, and tube feedings
