You will work within a dedicated outpatient clinic setting, reporting to the Associate Operations Director and under the management of the Center Administrator. As an LPN, you will:
- Support providers in delivering comprehensive primary care services
- Help with patient intake, vitals, and documentation
- Administer medications and treatments
- Coordinate care and support patient follow-up activities
- Contribute to a team-based, value-driven care environment
