What the role is

Assistant Manager, Human Resources (Compensation, Performance Management and Recognition) – LTA HR.

What you will be working on
  • Support and participate in the review, formulation and implementation of compensation, performance management and recognition framework and processes.
  • Sourcing and analysing market data and launching organisation‑wide exercises on ranking, promotion and staff awards.
  • Conducting job analyses using rigorous job evaluation methodologies.
  • Managing detailed work while grasping business needs and interlinkages.
  • Communicating clearly with peers, management teams and employees.
What we are looking for
  • Knowledge in a quantitative field such as Statistics, Mathematics or Business.
