LTA-PT Assistant Manager, Bus Operations

• Coordinate and provide secretariat support for bus safety meetings involving internal and external stakeholders.
• Conduct statistical analysis of public bus accidents to generate management reports for safety improvement and mitigation measure recommendations.
• Curate quarterly Bus Safety Bulletins to highlight emerging public bus safety issues, industry best practices, and proposed mitigation measures.
• Arrange public engagements/initiatives on bus safety to raise awareness and create educational materials for community groups and schools.
• Organise the Bus Safety Roadshow annually and the Public Transport Safety and Security Award Day biennially.
• Conduct Bus Safety audits, Quality of Service audits, Fare Evasion audits and Incident Management audits to ensure adherence to established standards.
