Lube Change Attendant

Checks the condition and cleanliness of Lube Change Bay and the stock of various lube products and spare parts available in the station at the beginning of each shift. Changes the Oil, Oil filter etc. and provides all requested services according to quantity, quality, specifications and brands specified by the customer.

Maintains clean and hazard free site premises, facilities and equipment. Checks the Oil change bay and equipment daily and carries out first level preventive maintenance. At the end of each shift takes stock of Accessories (i.e. Oil filter, flushing consignment stock) in order to determine order quantity.

Station Targets: Stay updated on individual station KPIs, profitability and revenue targets. Work towards achieving budgeted service station sales and gross margin in line with the KPIs. Monitor inventory shrinkage and report daily banking transactions to achieve efficient financial management.
