We are looking for an experienced Senior Cost Control Manager to lead cost management and financial oversight across our portfolio of ultra‑luxury developments. This role will be responsible for ensuring robust budget control, accurate forecasting, cost optimization, and commercial governance throughout the entire project lifecycle.

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in high‑value residential or mixed‑use developments and possess a strong understanding of construction costs, procurement strategies, and project financial management within the UAE market.
