Luxury Front Office Agent — Guest Experience & Upsell

Fairmont Hotels & Resorts is looking for a Front Office Agent at Fairmont La Hacienda in southern Spain. As the first point of contact for guests, you will manage reservations, warmly welcome guests, and ensure a seamless experience. Your role is essential in maintaining the hotel's standards and enhancing the guests' overall experience.

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills and at least two years of front office experience in a hospitality environment. Flexible shift availability is required.
