Luxury Garment Care Operations Lead

Washmen is seeking an experienced Assistant Laundry Manager to support the Laundry Manager in overseeing day-to-day operations in Dubai. The ideal candidate will manage luxury garment care processes, lead staff training and development, and ensure high-quality standards for garment assessment and cleaning.

Responsibilities include operational planning, complaint handling, and promoting continuous improvement. A minimum of 5 years in commercial laundry and 2 years in a supervisory role is required. Excellent communication skills in English are essential, and the position is open to candidates outside the UAE.
