Luxury Reservations & Guest Experience Specialist

TALENTMATE is seeking a Reservations Agent for Mövenpick Resort Al Marjan Island in Ras Al Khaimah, United Arab Emirates. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for guests, ensuring exceptional service and managing reservations efficiently.

We are looking for individuals with at least 2 years of experience in a 5-Star Hotel/Resort setting in the UAE, a guest-focused personality, and strong interpersonal skills. Fluency in Arabic and English is preferred, and experience with Opera PMS is an asset.
