Celebrity Cruises in Madrid is seeking a Junior Guest Relations Officer responsible for ensuring exceptional guest experiences. The Officer will proactively anticipate guest needs while maintaining professionalism in all interactions. Strong communication, organization, and decision-making skills are essential for this role.

The ideal candidate should have 2-3 years of front desk or receptionist experience in a 4 or 5 star hotel and be fluent in English, with additional language skills preferred.
