Luxury Spa Guest Experience Concierge

Six Senses Ibiza is looking for a Spa Guest Services Agent to enhance the guest experience at the spa. The ideal candidate will have luxury spa experience, strong organizational skills, and a proactive approach to customer service. You will manage guest bookings, ensure the reception area is clean and organized, and address guest inquiries and complaints promptly.

Applicants should have at least two years of experience in similar roles and a passion for wellness. Proficiency in English and knowledge of local customs is required.
