About the Role:
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our dynamic healthcare team. Key Responsibilities:

· Deliver direct patient care under the supervision of an RN or physician

· Perform patient assessments and document observations and interventions accurately

· Administer medications and treatments as prescribed

· Monitor patient responses to treatments and report any changes to the RN or physician

· Assist with admissions, discharges, and transfers

· Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to plan and implement patient care
