LPN- Hospital float provides skilled nursing care across multiple long-term care and subacute units, including memory care, pulmonary care, and ventilator-dependent patients. This role requires strong clinical judgment, patient-centered communication, and reliable performance in a fast-paced environment.

LPN- Hospital float provides skilled nursing care across multiple long-term care and subacute units, including memory care, pulmonary care, and ventilator-dependent patients. This role requires strong clinical judgment, patient-centered communication, and reliable performance in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
- Provide direct nursing care within scope across all assigned units during scheduled weekend shifts.
- Assess patient status and implement nursing interventions to support symptom improvement and recovery.
- Administer medications, perform wound care, and monitor for changes in condition.
- Maintain accurate documentation, including patient status updates and care plan progress.
- Support infection prevention practices and follow unit-specific clinical protocols.
- Respond promptly to changes in respiratory status, including ventilator alarms when required.
