JOB DESCRIPTION Utilize the nursing process to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care. On each assignment, provides skilled nursing care/services in accordance with prescribed orders Assess signs and symptoms indicating physiologic and psychosocial changes in the patient’s condition.
