M & E COORDINATOR #SGUnitedJobs

You will lead the planning, coordination, and quality assurance of Mechanical & Electrical (M&E) works to ensure compliance with project schedules and regulatory requirements. You will drive collaboration among sub-contractors and project teams to resolve design and construction challenges, delivering seamless project execution.

• Develop detailed M&E work schedules aligned with the project master schedule to ensure timely delivery
• Monitor and review shop drawings and material submissions to maintain project standards
• Verify M&E drawings for compliance with authorities’ requirements and identify discrepancies or conflicts with architectural and structural elements
• Prepare comprehensive progress reports to track project milestones and inform stakeholders
• Coordinate effectively between sub-contractors and project teams to resolve design and construction issues and ensure smooth workflow
