Job Description

POSITION OVERVIEW
We seek a dynamic, passionate, and motivating Group Fitness Instructor to join our fitness team. If you thrive on positively impacting others' lives and enjoy designing personalized fitness journeys, this is the perfect opportunity! This position will lead Group Fitness classes. 
WHAT YOU'LL DO
Play an integral role in our mission to inspire, educate, and empower individuals to achieve their fitness goals.

Design class format and lead clients through safe workouts, ensuring proper technique with all equipment.

 Educate and monitor class participants' Rating of Perceived Exertion (RPE) throughout the class or session.

Offer professional exercise modifications as needed, catering to all fitness levels, including those with special needs.

 Schedule client training sessions and communicate with clients if a session must be canceled or rescheduled.
