This role offers the opportunity to play a key part in building the firm's East African presence while working on high-profile mergers & acquisitions, capital raising and corporate finance transactions across the region.

Key Responsibilities

Prepare client pitches, presentations and transaction execution materials.

Support business development and origination activities across Kenya and East Africa.

Develop financial models and perform company valuations for M&A and capital raising transactions.

Prepare information memoranda, teaser documents and other transaction marketing materials.

Coordinate due diligence processes, including managing virtual data rooms and investor information requests.
