M&A Associate (Santander)

Job Description

This position has been created to support Sungrow Renewables' expansion in Spain.

The M&A Associate will be a key member of the Investments & M&A team, playing a hands‑on role in executing buy‑side and sell‑side transactions, originating investment opportunities, and contributing to the company's strategic growth.

The role focuses on execution – financial modelling, valuation, due diligence coordination, preparation of investment materials, and negotiation support.

The M&A Associate will work independently, reporting directly to the M&A Manager, and will not have direct reports.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the full lifecycle of buy‑side and sell‑side processes, from target origination and valuation to due diligence, negotiation, and closing.
