A strategic and hands‑on HR role responsible for leading the full people workstream across the Mergers & Acquisitions (M&A) lifecycle. Provides expert guidance on employment risks, organisational change, and TUPE, while also delivering practical, on‑the‑ground HR support.
This role can be based in our Belfast, Edinburgh or Glasgow office with a hybrid workstyle.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead end‑to‑end HR support for mergers, acquisitions, divestments, and restructures, from due diligence through to post‑close integration.
- Conduct detailed HR due diligence, assess people‑related risks, and develop pragmatic mitigation and integration plans.
- Provide expert advice on employment law implications, with strong understanding of when TUPE does and does not apply.
