The team has extensive experience in complex extraordinary transactions, with a particular focus on M&A, including acquisitions and joint ventures, as well as mergers and demergers. The practice also regularly advises on capital markets transactions, such as capital increases, bond issuances and public tender and exchange offers.

The team primarily assists banks, insurance companies and other regulated entities, including listed companies.

The ideal candidate has solid experience in corporate law and M&A, preferably gained in well-structured law firms, demonstrates strong analytical skills, attention to detail and the ability to work effectively within a team, and is keen to operate in a highly technical and dynamic professional environment. Fluent English is required.
