:We’re seeking an experienced Senior Consultant to focus on delivering Operations Due Diligence within Crowe’s Transaction Advisory group . We lead our clients through the analysis and execution of M&A transactions (e.g., mergers, acquisitions, divestitures, carve-outs, & integrations ).
Job duties include but are not limited to:
Working on pre- and post-deal engagements, including merger integration & carve-outs, operational due diligence, and performance improvement.
Leverage your previous manufacturing leadership experience, analysis, and problem-solving skills to identify critical synergies and deal with risks, then translate that analysis into insights and actions.
Advise clients on how to maximize opportunities and minimize risks related to mergers and acquisitions and provide recommendations in the context of deal structuring alternativ...
