Due to my client’s diverse client base, you will have the opportunity to expand your Mergers and Acquisitions skills as you will be working with multinationalpanies, large international private equity houses and emerging capital providers.

Your new role

As the Mergers and Acquisitions Corporate Tax Senior Manager/Director, you will be responsible for due diligence services, tax structuring, input into SPAs and financing documents, post-acquisition implementation and reorganisations, and ongoing advice to corporates and individuals.
