Mac OS Support

Must-Have Strong written documentation skills Clear, professional verbal and written communication skills. Strong analytical capabilities and clarity of thought. Ability to logically analyze issues and propose effective solutions. Good-to-Have Good macOS knowledge/ Linux knowledge in at least one flavor such as ubuntu. Knowledge on different package management (deb and/or rpm) and repository management. On macOS it’d be pkg/dmg/mpkg. System administration knowledge targeting / supporting desktop clients (filesystem, disk encryption, boot process, permissions, networking, process management etc.) Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
