Job Description
We are seeking a Machine Learning Engineer / AI Engineer building production-grade AI solutions across LLMs, AI agents, and enterprise GenAI applications.
This role sits within an agile AI & ML engineering environment focused on developing scalable AI systems from experimentation through to deployment.
What you’ll be working on:
- Building and deploying LLM-powered applications
- Developing RAG pipelines and AI agent workflows
- Creating multi-agent systems with tool/function calling capabilities
- Optimising prompts, reasoning workflows, and model performance
- Collaborating closely with engineering, platform, and data teams to productionise AI solutions
Ideal background:
- 3–6 years in ML Engineering, Applied AI, Data Science, or AI Engineering
- Strong Python engineering skills
- Hands-on experience with LLMs and Generative AI systems
