**Responsibilities**
+ Operate and continuously monitor production equipment throughout the shift to ensure safe, efficient, and consistent operation.
+ Set up machinery at the start of production, ensuring all required materials are available, properly loaded, and ready for use.
+ Replenish materials and supplies as needed during the production run to avoid downtime and maintain workflow.
