This role is ideal for someone who enjoys hands-on work, staying organized, and making sure the final product meets quality expectations.
What You’ll Do
+ Operate finishing equipment (cutters, folders, inserters, etc.)
+ Keep production moving while meeting daily output goals
+ Check quality and make adjustments when something isn’t right
+ Track production and complete required documentation
+ Help reduce downtime by identifying and addressing issues early
