**Molding Machine Operator**
📍 **All Shifts Available (1st, 2nd, 3rd)**
**💲 $17–$19/hour + Overtime Opportunities**
**Position Overview**
We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented **Molding Machine Operator** to support daily molding and casting operations. In this role, you’ll set up molds, operate equipment, and ensure high-quality production standards are met. **Key Responsibilities**
+ Set up molds, dies, and tooling for injection molding or ceramic casting
+ Operate molding machines and monitor cycle times

+ Troubleshoot common defects (short shots, flashing, incomplete fills, surface issues)
+ Perform routine mold and die maintenance (cleaning, lubrication, minor adjustments)
