**Job Description**
We are currently seeking a Machine Operator to join the Finishing department. In this role, you will be trained to operate multiple machines, including die cutting machines and the liquid dip section. While initial setup is not your responsibility, training will be provided over time. Your primary task will involve monitoring the machines to ensure smooth operation.
**Responsibilities**
+ Observe machine operation to detect malfunctions.
+ Perform adjustments or repairs, such as opening valves, changing forming and cutting dies, setting guides, and adjusting temperature controls.
+ Record and inspect all quality checks in the computer database, ensuring compliance with quality standards.
+ Lubricate, sanitize equipment, and perform troubleshooting, minor mechanical adjustments, and preventive maintenance.
