Job Description
We are looking for Machine Operators on 1st shift to join our growing organization!
Hours: 6:00 AM - 6:00 PM Monday - Thursday (OT paid after 40 hours)
Position Summary:
Operates all coating equipment and machinery to produce high-quality products on schedule.
Responsibilities:
Review work orders, product specifications, and special instructions to ensure an understanding of requirements
Perform set up of machines to exact specifications and ensure material is loaded properly
Ensure specifications are followed accurately to mix chemical/adhesive solution
Know how to perform all functions on all production machines
Identify all finished products accurately
Verify that the final product meets quality standards
