Position Summary

Marathon Petroleum Company is seeking a full-time Machinery & Mechanical Supervisor to lead maintenance execution for outside and inside machinists at the Mandan Refinery. This role is responsible for increasing rotating equipment mechanical availability and reliability through safe, reliable, and compliant execution of maintenance activities.


This position serves as the primary interface between Operations, Maintenance, and supporting functions, while supporting the Maintenance execution team and ensuring optimal utilization of the refinery outside and inside machinist crafts.
