Job Purpose

The BorgWarner Arden campus offers two world‑class technical centers and a cutting‑edge manufacturing facility that designs and produces turbos, fan, and fan‑drive components for the automotive industry. This position will machine components by operating various machines and equipment.

Responsibilities

• Starts and observes machine operation to detect malfunctions.
• Verifies conformance of finished workpiece to specifications.
• Loading and unloading of CNC machinery.
• Packing out finished material into dunnage.
• Loading and unloading CMM/Measurement systems.
• Cleaning and organizing of work areas (5S standards).
• Reading and understanding internal procedures and policies.
• Working knowledge of component balancers and ability to balance components as required.
