Summary You will serve as a MACHINIST TRAINING LEADER in the PRODUCTION RESOURCES DEPARTMENT, RESOURCES DEPARTMENT TRAINING & ADMIN, APPRENTICE ADMINISTRATOR (Code 900T.1) of PEARL HARBOR NSY AND IMF. Responsibilities You will train Machinist Apprentices in the Machinist Apprentice Program. You will write, develop and revise training plans. You will prepare and conduct formal and informal classroom instruction for apprentices. You will communicate with shop supervision and appropriate personnel on issues concerning apprentices or the apprenticeship program. You wll maintain records and write reports. You will evaluate the progress of apprentices.
