Position Overview:
Client is seeking a B2C Systems Analyst specializing in Magento performance and scalability. This role bridges business and technology teams to ensure optimal performance, reliability, and user experience across our eCommerce platform.
The analyst will drive performance optimization initiatives, support incident root cause analysis, define system requirements, and collaborate with engineering and DevOps teams to deliver scalable and resilient solutions.
